Tasks:
- Represent our brand professionally and ensure leads a positive customer experience, contributing to building Brand Awareness
- Identify lead opportunities
- Reach or surpass agreed sales targets
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and nurture the relationship with them
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with the assigned prospect/clients and new leads generation
- Identification of current or potential customers for company products. / Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Daily contact with customers (phone calls, e-mails, webinars) and regular personal meetings.
- Participation at planned tradeshows abroad
- Development of sales strategies
- Implementation of all promotional programs
- Management customers’ inquiries
- Report and monitor results
- Collect market feedback
Skills and knowledge:
- Proven experience in the orthopaedic sector
- Passion for building customer relations and sales
- High level of initiative and energy
- Native Dutch, excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of French would be considered a plus
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
- Driving license (B)
- Domicile/Residence in the assigned area
